Privacy policy

This page explains exactly what we collect from you, why, and who can see it. We are a small shop, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
What we collect when you order
At checkout we ask for your name, mobile number, governorate, full address and any note you write. We need these to prepare, deliver and discuss your order — nothing more.
Payment receipts
If you upload an InstaPay receipt, we store that image on our server and attach it to your order number so we can confirm the payment. Please do not upload a screenshot showing more than is needed to prove the transfer.
Payments
Payment happens entirely inside InstaPay, away from this site. We never see, receive or store card numbers or banking login details at any point.
Reviews
If you write a review, the name you type and the text you write are published on the product page once we have checked them. Please do not include personal details you would not want made public.
Your bag and cookies
Your bag is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and only reaches us at the moment you place an order. We use no visitor tracking cookies; the only cookie is a sign-in cookie for the dashboard, which is for our team.
WhatsApp and social links
Tapping the WhatsApp button or the Instagram and Facebook icons takes you to another company's app or site. What you send there is governed by that company's privacy policy, not ours.
Who sees your data
Only the Àllora càre team. We share your name, phone number and address with the courier so your order can be delivered — that is the only use outside our team. We do not sell, rent or use your data for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep order records and payment receipts so we can handle returns, complaints and accounting. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to remove a published review. Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram and we will do it.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and dashboard passwords are stored hashed and cannot be read back. An order page is protected only by its order number — anyone holding that link can see the order, so please do not share your order link.
Analytics
This site currently runs no third-party analytics or tracking at all — no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel. If we add them we will update this page.
