Sealed for your safety
Cosmetics and skincare reach you sealed to protect your health and safety. For that reason a product cannot be returned or exchanged once it has been opened or unsealed.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
If your product arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or has a manufacturing fault, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the product and its packaging, and we will replace it.
Check your order on delivery
Please check your order in front of the courier before accepting it. If the parcel is visibly damaged, do not accept it and tell us straight away.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge any time before your order ships. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
